Buddy was a character in my life as I am sure he was to whomever he made contact. My life would have been very different growing up without Buddy and the Sullivans. Tybee would have been a different place as would have been 52nd Street. I can never pass 52nd and Abercorn without looking at the Sullivan House and remembering the many wonderful times I spent there and the light that always came from Buddy not to mention my first experience with a wall socket and Buddy's care thereafter. My family wishes Buddy Godspeed and to his family the wonderful remembrances of times we spent together. Troup Nightingale

Hi Everyone: I emailed last night and when Carter entered the site, my message was not posted; so I'll try again. Sorry I'm not there. When Taylor called, I was in another little mountain town and couldn't get home until the following day. I send my love, all of you are in my prayers and felt better when Devon said Buddy was ready to pass. He led a FULL life--to the hilt and told me once...I've outlived them all. Will be in touch after funeral today. With love---Peggy

Buddy was an original, one of a kind, an amazing man. I was a huge fan of his for as long as I knew him. He was always fun to talk to. He had always done or was planning a trip or something fun. I loved his hats his convertibles and his stories. I loved Buddy. He will be sorely missed. Kathryn and I send our best wishes and condolences to his family, his wife Anne, our very good friends Martin and Michael and to the entire Sullivan clan. Godspeed Buddy, you lived a great and full life; no one can say you missed anything while you were among us. We are grateful for the time we got to spend with you.

I just want you all to know you are all in my prayers.
